| A Statement of Work is a critical section of a professional services contract that describes in detail the services to be performed by a contractor. Inadequate Statements of Work is one of the most frequent causes for delays in processing professional services contracts. In order to assist schools and offices in developing complete Statements of Work, the Contract Administration Branch and the Office of the General Counsel offers a three-part Statements of Work video presentation. | |
